What the Pilot Program Includes:
4 Weekly Sessions: Each session focuses on a specific theme (e.g., identifying emotions, calming down techniques, self-regulation).
Age-Appropriate Activities: Hands-on activities, storytelling, sensory play, and games to engage children in emotional awareness and mindfulness.
Creative Reflection: Each session ends with a creative activity to help children reflect on what they learned and how they can use it in real-life situations.
